Have you wanted to quickly check if a service is accepting new clients? Do you want to attract new NDIS funded clients, or clients for a newly funded service?
The HSNet Service Directory gives service providers the opportunity to display their service capacity using a traffic light system:
- Green – appointments welcome.
- Amber – call for availability.
- Red – at capacity.
Services can also add additional instructions via a 'free text' field eg. Four week wait period applies, program hours available.
If you would like to display and manage your capacity information for one or all of your services please complete the Capacity Management Registration form (also available from the Capacity Management menu).
Referral enabled services will now be able to send a referral to 2 or more services with the same service type (eg. 2 or more accommodation services). Broadcast referrals assist the sending service to receive action for their referral quickly as multiple services are alerted to the client's needs. Once a service accepts the referral, all other versions sent will be marked complete.
