Important Changes to HSNet Helpdesk operating hours for Christmas and New Year 2019–2020
The HSNet Support Team Helpdesk will be closed on the Christmas and New Year public holidays, including Friday 27 December, and will be open 8:30am – 4:30pm weekdays with reduced staff, from Monday 23 December 2018 until Friday 3 January 2020.
The Support Team will resume normal business hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays on Monday 6 January 2020.
Also, the Feedback Assist system will not be monitored during this time, so please contact us via the HSNet inbox, [email protected] or call the helpdesk on 02 9765 5260.
