Is your HSNet profile up to date?
Changed jobs recently or you will soon? Forgot your password or not used HSNet for a while?
HSNet is really simple when you move to a new role or just need to update your details.
For HSNet members, you only have to sign in and update your profile with your new email address and other details. Click on the “Support” link at the bottom of this page for the Quick Reference Guide to help.
Forgot your password? Click on the “forgot password” link and we’ll send the update password email to your current registered email address.
Remember your user name is your email address, so if it’s been a while, make sure you sign in a few days BEFORE you move to your new job.
