Email the HSNet team [email protected] with information about your service ie. Contact details, description.

You will then be contacted to verify further information and once verified the service will appear in the directory.

If you notice that the details of a service are not correct, choose the Report an error link at the top of the page.

A form will launch and you can provide further details about the issue.

Once submitted the HSNet team will action the advice and appropriate changes will be made after approval is sought from the service.

You can search for a particular support service or range of services near you or across NSW.

To begin searching start typing in the search field, entering keywords that best describe the type of service or issue you are experiencing.

To narrow the results returned also enter the suburb or postcode.

Your results will be prioritized for relevance and proximity to you. The search engine will find exact words as well as synonyms for any search terms you type.

Example: You require a service to assist your ageing parents located in Lismore to maintain their home. Search terms: home maintenance for the aged in Lismore

The information displayed in the Service Directory and the HSNet web site is maintained by a specialised team within the Department of Communities and Justice.

The information is provided free of charge for the benefit of the community and is reviewed on a regular basis in consultation with service providers to ensure an accurate reflection of the service/s is provided.

Find support services for you and your family across NSW from any internet-enabled device.  Search for services such as health, welfare, community, education, disability, aged care, legal, and housing services.

Features include:

  • Location of services on a map with a dropped pin;
  • Flagging of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) qualified services;
  • Help lines and emergency contact centres given priority and displayed at the top.

There is no fee to search the service directory and it is available to everyone.
