The Energy & Water Ombudsman and Hunter Water is hosting this event to help consumers resolve outstanding issues during COVID. With one phone call customers can book a number of appointments with specialist staff that can assist with energy and water issues, legal and fines, insurance and banking, telephone and internet complaints, tenancy and housing, and even start a Will.
