An ongoing FREE monthly support group for the family, friends and carers of people living with mental health concerns, with a Self-Care focus to support carers resilience, build strength and hope with opportunity to connect and share. Offered by the Central Coast Family & Carer Mental Health Program and funded by NSW Health.
Facilitated by Mardi Bell a trained Mental Health worker and Support Group facilitator.
