Your new job…
As the Event Coordinator you will assist in arranging and scheduling high quality Professional Development activities including booking venues, trainers, organising catering, invoicing, monitoring registration numbers, scheduling events, preparing reports and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a Permanent Part-Time role at a total of 28 hours per week, worked over 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs). There is a possibility these hours may increase to Full Time later in the year but this depends on business need. Salary for this role is classified under the NSW SCHADS Award. The role is based in Seven Hills but will require travel throughout Western Sydney so a Driver’s License and regular access to a car is necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed…
Ideally, you have recently completed a Diploma of Event Management (or similar) and are looking for a role where you can start in your Event Management career.
