SWS Recovery College South West Sydney posted in Community Announcements
7th Jan 21, 10:41 AM
You're invited to attend a free Online Ideas and Community Information Forum Wed 10th February, 4:00-6:00pm, specifically for the community of Wollondilly and Wingecarribee shires.
Find out:
• what mental health recovery is
• how SWS Recovery College can support you e.g. upcoming courses and workshops!
• how to navigate the mental health system
This is a great opportunity to provide feedback on training needs relevant to the Wollondilly and Wingecarribee areas and help plan for our Autumn (Apr-May-Jun) timetable.
You will also explore resilience and self-care strategies and hear personal stories from previous students about how their recovery has improved by attending our free courses and workshops.
Register by Wednesday 3rd February!
