The University of Technology Sydney is running a free therapy program called the Fearless Me! program, which looks to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents who have an intellectual disability.

The program is suitable for children and adolescents aged 8-18 years, and with a borderline, mild or moderate intellectual disability.

The program involves face to face individual therapy sessions with a clinician, as well as access to the Fearless Me! online program.
There is no cost involved for any part of the face to face therapy or for use of the online program.
