Carer Gateway is the new support service for carers of all ages who look after someone with a disability, mental illness, alcohol and other drug dependency, ongoing illness, or are frail due to age.

Carer Gateway is the new support service for carers of all ages who look after someone with a disability, mental illness, alcohol and other drug dependency, ongoing illness, or are frail due to age.

It’s free to access and offers supports such as counselling, peer support groups, emergency respite, carer directed support packages and education and skills building. Carers NSW is the provider of the Carer Gateway across the Hunter, New England, Central Coast and North Coast Primary Health Networks.

I’ve attached a factsheet that you can share with carers, your team and through your networks. The Carer Gateway can be accessed via 1800 422 737 or www.carergateway.gov.au

We at Envisioning Life Supports, are proud to announce Desing Fundamentals as an activity program that is one small step towards achieving Our Vision. Envisioning Life Supports provides services to people with Disabilities, and aims to build Innovative models of supports in health care space and is destined to address the gaps that helps build more inclusive society.

Envisioning Life Supports provides services to people with Disabilities, and aims to build Innovative models of supports in health care space and is destined to address the gaps that helps build more inclusive society.

Design Fundamental is an interesting program activity for people with disabilities, who love technology and would like to explore or learn technology related skills.

This activity program is grouped in a set of sessions. The cost for this activity for an attendee, can be funded from the capacity building funding with in an NDIS plan of a participant.

This activity will be facilitated & delivered by our Expert Facilitator, experienced and having excelled in Google SEO, Online Web/Graphic Design, Marketing and blogging.
